If you have found lost property on the TBM network, contact us now or report it at the TBM offices or give it to the TBM staff.
Search for your property at: tbc.franceobjetstrouves.fr. If you can’t find it on the list, declare it as lost and you’ll be notified if it’s found.

Lost your TBM card?
If your TBM card has been lost or stolen and is topped up with a pass or journeys, report it as soon as possible at one of TBM’s sales offices with a photo and an ID to ask for a duplicate. The creation of a new card is charged €10. Beyond one replacement per year, every new card is charged at €15.
While you wait for your TBM card to be found or a replacement card to be sent out, don’t forget about Tickartes: You may be charged a penalty fare for travelling without a ticket.
