If you have found lost property on the TBM network, contact us now or report it at the TBM offices or the following address, open Monday to Friday, 2pm to 7pm:

Lost something?

Search for your property at: tbc.franceobjetstrouves.fr. If you can’t find it on the list, declare it as lost and you’ll be notified if it’s found.

Lost your TBM card?

If your TBM card has been lost or stolen and is topped up with a pass or journeys, report it as soon as possible at one of TBM’s sales offices. 

While you wait for your TBM card to be found or a replacement card to be sent out, don’t forget about Tickartes: You may be charged a penalty fare for travelling without a ticket.

If your card is lost or stolen, you will be charged €10 for a replacement. If you need more than one replacement per year, every additional card is charged at €15.
